Work where life matters. Life Care Center of Port Orchard, Washington OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available. (EOE) Requirements Occupational therapist must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program. A current state license is required. Occupational therapist assistant must have an associate’s degree and current certification.
