Crossroads School, located in Natick, MA is a private, non-profit, DOE approved day school for children with autism.  Crossroads utilizes the techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.  We seek a licensed/eligible Occupational Therapist to work with our students, ages 3 to 16, to develop fine motor skills such as writing, self-help and socialization.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide direct services to our students. You will be writing OT goals and delivering services to students as prescribed by their IEP.  Other job requirements include conducting and writing evaluations and interacting with staff, school districts and parents.
