The Occupational Therapist provides safe and effective occupational therapy including the evaluation of the functional performance ability of persons impaired by physical illness or injury, congenital or developmental disability and/or the aging process.

The Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.

State of Illinois license.

CPR certification.

Certification by the NBOCT is required.
