Occupational therapists work in inpatient, outpatient and acute care settings, evaluating, planning and implementing therapeutic programs. OTs are part of Baylor Rehabilitation Services, which demonstrates our highest level of excellence. For example, Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation, in collaboration with the University of Texas Southwestern, is one of 16 traumatic brain injury Model System sites in the U.S. Also, Baylor University Medical Center boasts North Central Texas’ only JCAHO-certified stroke center and conducts ongoing spinal cord injury research.

Requirements
If you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy, are licensed by the state of Texas and have CPR / BLS certification, consider an occupational therapy career at Baylor.
