Office Administrative/Customer Service Associate

We are a leading Medical Device Contract Manufacturing Organization specializing in the design, development and production of innovative silicone medical devices. We provide our customers with solutions for their silicone medical device needs as an outsourcing partner.

As part of the Team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, processing orders and returns, addressing customer requests, providing support for our customers, and interfacing with our Distribution Center team. No day is the same as another in this exciting, team focused work environment.

 

This exciting position requires a positive attitude, multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate product/order related questions over the telephone to customers with a diverse level of technical background.

 

Our ideal candidate would also have:

 

·        Minimum five year’s customer support experience plus four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and customer-focused office administration experience

 

·        Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and some basic accounting knowledge.  Experience with ERP systems

 

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities.

 

·         Prior experience working in a small company environment and wearing multiple “hats”

 

·        A commitment to provide the highest level of customer support

 

·        A proactive, open and effective communication style to be able to work with all levels within and outside the organization

 

·        A “can do” attitude with strong problem solving skills and be self-motivated

 

·        Excellent telephone / verbal communication skills

 

·        Ability to understand and assist customers with billing issues, distribution of products and other administrative duties

 

·        The ability to be flexible with work demands and priorities.

 

Our Smithfield, Rhode Island office is conveniently located off I-295 at exit 8. The position is full-time.
