Frankel Staffing Partners is actively recruiting an administrative assistant for our client, an RTP based non-profit trade association for bioscience organizations. Candidates in this role will report directly to the President of the organization and will help manage the day-to-day office operations such as scheduling meetings, answering calls, ordering supplies, and invoice/payment processing. Other responsibilities may also include maintaining database entries and basic website updates and assisting staff with other projects.
Our client is searching for candidates who demonstrate a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic, small organization.
Ideal candidates for this position will offer proven office experience, handling both administrative and reception/front desk related tasks. The ability to handle multiple projects and adjust priorities for required responsibilities is a must.
Candidates must be highly competent with the Microsoft Office Suite and have at least 2-3 years of office management or administrative assistant experience.
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Compensation will range from $25,000-30,000/year (depending on experience).
