House of Clement is a transitional furniture and design center located in Westport Connecticut.
Due to our continued growth and success, we have a new immediate position open for an Office Administrator and bookkeeper.
Based in our Westport office, responsibilities include:
·Organizing customer orders in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
·Providing detailed weekly reports to owners.
·Managing and coordinating all HOC client delivery and appointments.
·Assist Manager with Accounts receivables and payables.
Placing and status orders with Vendors with customer follow-up
Skills required:
·Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
·Ability to work as a team member in a fact paced environment
·Ability to work independently
·Strong time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
· Associates degree in Business or related field
·Basic Accounting Knowledge. Quickbooks Pro a must!!!
·Office Manager experience a plus
·Experience working in the furniture industry a plus.
