Strong experienced office manager needed to organize and coordinate the office operations and procedures to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met
Summary of essential job functions
· Create and implement office policies and procedures.
· Manage an office staff of 6-10 employees.
· Prepare time cards and payroll.
· Reconcile invoice and billing discrepancies.
· Maintain and replenish office supplies.
· Create filing systems and ensure files are secure and up to date.
· Assign, create and monitor secretarial functions.
· Provide reports to management as needed.
· Appraise performance and recommend disciplinary actions as required.
· Represent GEM Communication Corp. in a competent and professional manner to all customers, associates, and outside organizations.
Minimum requirements
· 5 years experience as an office supervisor/manager.
· Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
