



Responsibilities:
* AR: Cash application and maintenance of accounts provided by (10) Account Reps (collectors) for NA FPD activity using Oracle & Baan;
* AR: Interface with Bank websites to print, apply and maintain electronic cash reports for C&C Department
* AR: Research and compile back up data to PWC and internal auditors for all cash application and maintenance for NA FPD activity;
* AR: owner of AR manual for both Oracle & Baan system - revises, updates as required per CIP directives;
* Collect on customer accounts as directed by C&C Manager;
* General office duties for Department to include but not limited to ordering and managing office supplies, filing, scanning, mail, managing 1st floor copiers, Federal express, timesheets, check requisitions, etc.
* Admin Assistant for C&C Manager/Dept: standard responsibilities, in addition, but not limited to, maintain Manager's expense report through an on-line system, providing data to Corp AP, month end reports, etc.
* Request D&B reports for Global Supply, BU's, etc; interface weekly with Corp Treasury to minimize duplicate reports; review and reconcile monthly D & B report activity/statements per Corp agreement;
Qualifications:
* Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management is required, Bachelors Preferred, with a minimum of 3 - 5 years cash application and collection experience preferred.
* 3 - 5 Years Office Management experience with extensive IT background.
* An assertive personality with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
* Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word, Baan, Oracle and other related accounting software.
