We have an EXCELLENT Office Coordinator/Area Sales Coordinator position available in our San Luis Obispo, CA office.
Arcadian Management Services is a medium-sized, stable healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective administrative infrastructure and management services to health care provider groups, hospitals and health plans who deliver Medicare and Medicaid services to rural communities.
Job Summary:
Manages a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

PRE-ENROLLMENT - SALES MEETINGS
The ASC will be the point person for all sales meetings (restaurants, Sr.
centers, etc...). Currently the Sales Director as well as the Sales Reps produce a sales meeting schedule for each sales month. This is a calendar document the ASC converts to excel to log and manage the RSVP's, attendees, enrollees, referrals as well as the cost for each meeting. The ASC prints the calendar meeting prior to the rep attending the meeting and the rep takes the information to the meeting. So the attendees, enrollees, referrals as well as the cost sections for each scheduled meeting are blank.
The rep gathers this information and provides it to the ASC upon their return to the office. The ASC enters the information into the spreadsheet for recording and follow up.
SalesNet
All attendees information (names) are entered into SalesNet or a sales database for the date and meeting they attended and enrollments are entered as 'sold'. The ASC will have SaleNet or sales database system and will be the point person for reporting and logging non-enrollees as well as enrollees. Those that request to be removed from the call list are entered as 'do not call'.
MAILING LIST
Updates to the mailing list are saved daily as (market mailing list 2-1-05.xls). The date changes with the file update and thus the new file name. Changes are made as information is discovered... For example for enrollees, those not on Medicare and those requesting to be removed from the mailing list or to be removed from call list are removed. This mailing list is forwarded to the ad agency prior to every direct mail piece mailed to lower our postage and printing cost and target our market.
FLYERS
The ASC will coordinate production of flyers for the office. These flyers are distributed to local stands around service area. Each rep requesting a flyer will produce the dates, times and locations of the meetings for the ASC to input. The rep takes the flyers out to the stands for updates.
ENROLLMENT
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
BATCH SHEET
The ASC will produce the batch for distribution on those days when we receive enrollments. Following the direction of P&P ENR-038. Each application will be logged into the excel file and the original applications will be housed in the market as well as scanned to be sent electronically.
SALES SCORE CARD
Based on sales received by the office, the ASC will log all sales into the 'Sales Score Card'. The ASC will distribute this document last thing of the day recording the days activities to an executive team.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience High School Diploma, Degree Strongly Preferred.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Strong Analytical Skills preferred.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
