Office Coordinator
Brink’s U.S., a Division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is the premiere provider of armored car transportation, ATM servicing, currency and coin processing and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities. We have a challenging opportunity for an Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for the successful execution of the daily administrative workflow processes and will provide management oversight on the day to day operations of the facility. The Office Coordinator will interact with all levels of Brinks employees, Branch management, Brink’s customers and potential customers. Specific Job Duties:
• Ensure all administrative responsibilities are done on time and correct (PeopleSoft, RAIR, DOT, AR, AP, Billing, Driver vehicle condition reports, Rate increase, Gain/loss, Applicant flow, Employee processing)
• Assist Branch Manager in satisfying staffing requirements
• Assist Branch Manager and Sales personnel on the development of new accounts and maintenance of existing customers
• Maintain a good working relationship with all branch employees and keep in constant communication with the Branch Manager on matters pertaining to the branch
• Handle incoming service requests by negotiating with customers and working internally to proactively and reactively resolve customer issues and requests. Ensure and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through exemplary Customer Service by communicating effectively to customers
• Prepare monthly reports and prepare audits as directed by management
• Other duties as directed by Branch Management
• Maintain PEP Database along with training compliance database
• Data entry for Coinstar
• Assist District Manager (Travel Arrangements, RFP management, Monthly reports, Contract management, Misc. Admin)
Skills/Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent supervisory skills
• Excellent customer service skills; knowledge of current customer delivery requirements
• Good planning and organization skills
• Good Computer skills (Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred)
• Good analytical, assessment and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and apply appropriate discretionary judgment on a regular basis
