Verona, NJ area CPA firm. Full Time Office Manager to Provide Administrative Support for Office. Candidates must be personable, Self Motivated, able to handle multiple projects at once and be able to work well in Professional Environment.
Candidates will be responsible for:
Maintaining positive relationships with clients
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Investment Files
Scheduling appointments and answering phones
Assisting staff with various duties
Candidates should possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience working with accounting software such as Quickbooks and/or Peachtree is desired but not required.
Ideal candidate will be able to run office smoothly and efficiently at all times.
Full Time Position
