Desired Technical Capabilities (listed in order of importance from highest to lowest):

             

Four year’s experience (since 01 Jan 2006) with:

 

1.      integration, installation, and configuration of a GCCS family system that includes the Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (I3) application suite.  The GCCS-I3 applications include ISHOP, MIDB, ITS, IPBWEB, IMOM, JTT, CWMDMT, WEBTAS. A GCCS system would include any of the following but not limited to the following: DCGS-N, GCCS – Joint (GCCS-J), GCCS-Maritime (GCCS-M).

 

2.      testing of the GCCS-I3 Windows and Solaris applications, and GCCS-J core software applications.

 

3.      using or functionally operating GCCS-I3 software in a GCCS family system as defined in #1.  Candidate must understand the GCCS-I3 software applications and how to use them to accomplish the Intelligence Analysts mission.

 

4.      with Systems Administration, Configuration, and development on SUN Solaris Operating System version 10, including the installation, configuration and administration of Solaris Zones, the ZFS, UFS and creating Solaris software installation packages with the Solaris 10 operating system.

 

5.      using and developing on Microsoft products, to include Office 2007, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2003.

 

Two year’s experience (since 01 Jan 2006) with:

 

1.              DISA GCCS-J integration, testing and fielding processes, including installation and configuration of GCCS-J servers and clients.  This experience will include use of DISA’s GCCS Windows Installation System (GWIS) and GCCS Automated Installation System (GAIS) for Solaris. Candidate must be familiar with DISA development and integration standards as published in the GCCS GNCDIG version 3.3.x, and CMSDDR, version 5.0 or newer.

 

The scope of this task is to provide integration, systems analysis, system engineering, product verification/validation support, installation and configuration support, in support of the GCCS-I3 project.

 

This work shall require an in-depth understanding of the SEI CMMI for the entire system life-cycle process.

The following IA workforce categories, levels, training, and certifications are required for contractor personnel under this task order.  It is not required for each person working on the task to possess all three certifications listed below, but the combined certifications of those working on the task must included the certifications listed below:

 

·         Personnel will be responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows XP and Windows 7 client systems.  They will be responsible for making the computing environment less vulnerable by correcting flaws and implementing cyber security controls in the software installed within the test and operational systems.  This will require the contractor to possess and maintain the following Exam Certifications for an IATI for Windows as defined by the SSC Pacific CSWF program.

o       Security+

o       Configuring Windows 7: Exam 70-680

 

·         Personnel will be responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows XP and Windows 7 client systems and Windows Server 2008 systems.  They will provide network environment and advanced level computing environment support.  This will require the contractor to possess and maintain the following Exam Certifications for an IAT II for windows as defined by the SSC Pacific CSWF program:

o       Security+

o       Configuring Windows 7: Exam 70-680

o       Configuring Windows Server 2008 Active Directory: Exam 70-640

o       Windows Server 2008 Configuring Network Infrastructure: Exam 70-642

 

·         Personnel will be responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Solaris 10 server systems.  They will provide network environment and advanced level computing environment support.  This will require the contractor to possess and maintain the following Exam Certifications for an IAT II for Solaris as defined by the SSC Pacific CSWF program:

o       Security+

o       Oracle Solaris 10 System Administrator Certified Professional Exam, Part I: Exam 1Z0-877

o       Oracle Solaris 10 System Administrator Certified Professional Exam, Part II: Exam 1Z0-878
