Our client, located in Grand Rapids, requires the immediate services of an Office Manager / Bookkeeper for an ongoing assignment with its office. Taking on this assignment opportunity as Office Manager / Bookkeeper, the candidate will assume all bookkeeping duties including accounts reconciliation, credit applications and functioning as the key go-to person for all matters in this intimate office setting. The candidate will be comfortable in wearing dual hats, providing both office management focus as well as bookkeeping and will be proficient in working with QuickBooks software.
