Opportunity:
Lead the Denver office focused in municipal water and wastewater engineering. Develop a vision for the growth of the Colorado market for this civil engineering and sciences industry pioneer.
This position reports directly to the Southwest Regional Manager and also works collaboratively with other offices and with the business development sector leaders.
Job Description/Job Responsibilities:
Lead office operations including responsibility for meeting profit goals, staff hiring and development, servicing clients, and overseeing project delivery.
- Develop a vision for the growth of the Denver office in the Colorado market, including serving as a Client Service Manager where and when appropriate.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for the water environment industry with support from business development and technical resources throughout the Southwest U.S.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have established contacts with Denver area water and wastewater sector clients; demonstrated success in management of consulting engineering operations and client relationships; 10 to 15 years of experience with water/wastewater plants and/or infrastructure facilities including pumping stations, pipelines, and master planning; a BS in Engineering; and a Colorado PE license.
