$24,000 base salary + Incentives to over

We are a Dynamic Real Estate Company located in Jacksonville, Fl. We service clients nationwide. We are looking for an executive assistant/office manager to act as administrative support and handle day to day tasks. We are growing very quickly and need someone to grow with us. Very easy and comfortable work environment, but also can be fast-paced and overwhelming. Bachelor degree is preferable. Confidentiality is essential. Compensation based on experience and performance.
Preferably Real Estate experience, Short sales experience a plus, Mortgage experience, closing or title office experience. 
Requirements:  At least 2 years of:
    • Executive Assistant/Office Management experience.
    • Bookkeeping (QuickBooks) and Expense management.
    • Excellent computer skills.  Fast typing speed without looking.
    • Ability to multi-task in high pressure situations and meet strict deadlines.
    • Must have good phone presence.
    • Extremely Organized, Detail Oriented, & efficient!!  
    • Preferably a notary.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
    • Bookkeeping w/QuickBooks:  responsible for paying bills, reconciling all accounts.
    • Office Management:
    • Scanning documents, MS Office: Word, Excel, web research, contact management, Internet, Adobe, Efax, Topproducer. 
    • Keep and maintain multi-line phone & voicemail systems.
    • Keeping the office organized and well filed, supplies stocked, copiers, coffee machine, etc functioning.
    • Bi-Lingual or Multi-Lingual a PLUS but not necessary.
    • Keep the website up to date.
    • Run minor errands.
    • Maintain Direct Mail Campaigns.
    • Assist with closings and notarize documents.
    • Update sale/auction dates on properties.
    • Manage virtual assistants and their tasks and responsibilities.
    • Coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Regular business hours.  However, availability past those hours or on weekends.  Or whenever to get the job done.  Must not be afraid to work.
