The Loeffler Chemical Corporation, a leading supplier of cleaning products for the food and beverage industry is looking for an Office Manager in our Atlanta office.
This position combines a variety of skills and functions, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and Customer Service, Order Processing as well as a variety of general administrative tasks. Strong customer service and business writing skills are required.
The ideal candidate must have at least five years of experience in a similar position and possess strong skills in QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook. Candidate must be detail oriented, work within timelines and able to multitask. Must be experienced in managing him/herself in a fast paced office environment and is reliable and dependable.
