We are currently seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced OFFICE MANAGER to assist with our food service operations at the Choctaw Casino and Hotel in Grant, OK.
Choctaw Casino and Hotel is a BRAND NEW state of the art premier gaming facility that offers a wide variety of casino gaming options and food services. The casino features a full service restaurant, buffet, hotel room services, and quick food services.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a verifiable track record of effectively handling a full range of accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, payroll reporting, GL entries, in addition to general office duties. The Office Manager will process basic human resources related paperwork. The Office Manager will provide support to the Food and Beverage Director, as well as other departments (concessions, catering and accounting).
A high level of proficiency Microsoft applications and accounting/payroll/HRIS systems is required. Experience with Solomon, ADP and/or Ceridian a plus. Extensive experience preparing spreadsheets and reports is also required. Must have excellent people management skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts or Sciences in Accounting or Finance; no certification required, a minimum 4 years in an accounting position showing increasing levels of employee oversight and responsibility and a minimum 2 years management experience.
Not hurried by the usual day to day pressures of larger cities, Grant has a very comfortable pace, but is only a short drive away from larger metropolitan areas. With a traditional southwestern atmosphere and seasonable weather, Grant truly is a wonderful place to live and work!
