The ideal candidate will have a zest for engaging challenges, a BS or higher degree in an engineering, environmental, planning, or related technical field, and fifteen plus years practical client-oriented technical experience.  They will also enjoy leadership, business development and project management through their proven track record building and inspiring teams, successfully cultivating clients, and achieving consistent technical and project management performance. • Lead strategic marketing and project pursuit efforts and assist staff to market company services through their contacts specific to their own areas of expertise.
• Oversee project selection, project scoping and budgeting, and project execution resulting in good financial performance.

• Be an engaged technical expert and project manager with significant client contact and project responsibilities
