Office Manager / Receptionist – Temp to Perm

A well known and fast growing Bio technology company in Cambridge is looking for a mature, hard working, experienced Office Administrator who is looking to grow within a company. The Office Manager / Receptionist will:

 

  • Answer phones and direct call appropriately
  • Act as a liaison between executive and marketing team
  • Handle some accounting, invoices, accounts receivable, etc…

 

Candidates must have the following qualifications for consideration:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2-5 years experience in administration 
  • Intermediate-expert in MS office a must
  • HR experience a plus
  • Sagemath experience is a bonus, not required
  • Ability to take on new roles without direction
