We are currently assisting our client, located in the heart of the Financial District, with their search for a flexible, adaptable and proactive Office Manager!! This role will be responsible for handling vendor relations and facilities management functions; working on expense reporting, accounts payable and receivable and making collection calls on outstanding invoices; and collaborating with the Operations, Finance and Administrative teams on special projects. The qualified Office Manager must have 5-10 years of relevant professional experience; must be bright, detail-oriented and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities, both simple and complex; and ideal candidates are energetic, enthusiastic and will exhibit exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills! Our client offers a generous salary and either bonus or paid-overtime potential!!
