A multi-practitioner healthcare office in Columbus seeks a HR pro with direct report management experience for a unique opportunity. We are experiencing tremendous growth and cultural evolution. This practice is committed to core values of prevention, caring, education and community involvement in a high-end, Ritz Carlton-type service delivery model and needs your knowledge and talent to take the team to the next level.

In addition to your business knowledge, daily business duties related to managing a staff of 40 non-exempt employees, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to directing:

 

  • Performance Management
  • Strategic Planning for Short, Mid, and Long Range Goals
  • Time, Attendance, & Payroll Management
  • Recruiting, on-boarding and training of new staff
  • Benefits Administration, including continuing evaluation of current programs for cost effectiveness
  • On-going management skills development of Team Leaders
  • Compensation program development with an emphasis on incentive-based plans

  • Proven Track Record of Translating Organizational Goals into Action
  • Polished Appearance and Demeanor
  • Functional Knowledge of HR Processes and Practices
  • Understanding of Current Employment Law
  • Extensive Strategic Workforce Planning Experience
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business or Human Resources, Master’s Degree Preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience managing non-exempt employees with a proven record of increasing staff satisfaction, effectiveness and productivity
  • The ability to integrate sound HR practices into our existing Practice Management program
