About the Job
Description:
As Office Services Assistant you will be responsible for coordinating the following primary job functions between our two office locations in Greenwich CT:
Receive, sort and distribute both interdepartmental and external mail
Receive and send packages via UPS, FedEx and DHL
Collect faxes from various fax machines and deliver to recipients
Maintain and stock kitchens in different locations
Maintain employee lunch order system (Seamless Web)
Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Restock supply areas (paper, pens, envelopes, and other various office supplies)
Replace toner and paper in copiers, printers and fax machines as needed
Make sure the office space is neat and up to standards
Report any repairs and/or service that are needed around the office space
Process supply invoices (reconciled and signed) and return to A/P
Assist with random office tasks upon request
Qualifications:
Preferred candidate must have minimum education of Associates degree or 3 years of office experience
Required computer proficiencies include typing and knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows
Applicant must have valid driver's license and vehicle
Hours: 9am – 5pm
