GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for moving of furniture and equipment as needed, inspecting new furniture, minor furniture and office repairs, and general office maintenance.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
· Handle all requests for furniture repairs, office relocations and other office services assistance in a timely manner
· Set up offices for new attorneys and staff
· Miscellaneous moving of furniture and equipment, distribution and cleaning of glass desk tops
· Hang artwork in offices
· Collect office equipment and supplies from vacated offices
· Maintain an inventory of storage furniture and ensure various furniture and equipment storerooms are in neat and clean condition
· Assemble and dismantle shelving units in case rooms
· Assist with conference room set up as needed, including set up of easels, podiums, stacking chairs, etc.
· Issue key cards when necessary
· Handle minor furniture repairs
· Miscellaneous facility-related projects as assigned by Facility Services Manager
