Per Diem Nurse Educator

The Therapeutics Institute (TTI) is presently seeking experienced On Call Clinical Specialists to provide post-sale education and demonstration to customers on product use and operation so the customer will be able to teach patients on how to utilize the product effectively. The Clinical Specialist will work on a per diem, assignment basis, providing training support in key client hospital and teaching facility accounts. The On-Call Clinical Specialist is as an authorized representative of the Client, and under the field direction of the Client.

Responsibilities:

• Will work on an "as needed" basis Will provide post-sale education and demonstration to customers on the product use and operation
• Will conduct post-sale in-service education sessions in customer's facilities Perform post-sale troubleshooting and retraining activities on behalf of the Client
• On-Call Specialists shall not have the authority to effectuate sales on behalf of Client, and shall be authorized to refer to him/herself as an authorized representative of the Client only in the performance of the duties described herein, and only during the term of his/her engagement.
• The services provided by On-Call Specialists shall only be for uses consistent with current labeling on Client's product.

Requirements:

• Must have active Registered Nurse Licensure
• Must be Available to travel nationally 3 consecutive days (may include nights or weekends) twice a  month
• Must have 2 to 5 years in clinical, education and/or training experience in medical surgical or home  health.
• Must have experience within hospital based nursing is preferred, including knowledge on the internal staff hierarchy. 
• Candidates must have personal email address/capability in addition to a cell phone as this is used to communicate while on site.
