Program Manager will act as a liaison between their employer and end user client and be responsible for the entire hiring process of contracting technical consultants
Will be in charge of maintaining valued working relationships with large network of vendors; Local, Regional, National, and International Provide quarterly market intelligence, trends, and analysis
Manage the overall performance of the vendor network ensuring a thorough and efficient process Manage a small staff of 4 internal recruiters and analysts
Manage resource planning to ensure adequate client support Implement various training plans on an as needed basis.
Will be the main contact for all billing issues.
Continually assess market information such as pay ranges, competitors rates, and activity of existing vendors.
Will assist with end user in setting up new vendor contracts and amending existing contracts when necessary.
Project manage the integration of additional contingent populations into the program for back-end consolidated billing per client initiative.
Ideal candidate will possess both Staffing/Consulting industry experience as well as hands on technical experience as well
Candidate must have similar experience as an Onsite Program Manager; ideally for a very large account Specific Onsite experience not required.
Must have experience managing a large account or multiple large accounts Six Sigma certification highly preferred FLSA compliance, 1099, and system upgrade and integration experience
Must have a well rounded background with technology Experience in Staff Management, Operational Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management all very important Strong Client Relationship Management required
Excellent communication skills needed to interact with personnel at all levels of both the employer and end user.
