Staffmark Staffing Services currently has an opening in Mcdonough for an On-site Staffing Specialist/Recruiter.  This person will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, orientation and placement of qualified candidates at one of our largest on-site locations.  This person will also act as an on-site supervisor in the absence of the On-site Manager.  Qualifications required:

- Must have at least a four-degree from an accredited college or university

- Must be flexible to work until 7 or 8 pm during the week and some Saturdays

- Must be comfortable working with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

- Must have previous proven supervisory experience to include coaching and counseling, interviewing, and recruiting experience

- Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment that required multi-tasking skills and efficiency.
