OnBase Professional (Cleveland, Milwaukee or St Louis)

Security MicroImaging (SMC), a leader in the Enterprise Content Management Industry (ECM) is looking to add members to its ECM Services Group.  The ECM Services Group is responsible for the design, implementation and support of our client's ECM systems.

As one of the top resellers for Hyland Software and Kofax Imaging Products, SMC is seeking individuals with experience implementing and supporting the OnBase and/or Kofax Capture suite of products for our ECM Services Developer or ECM Services Engineer roles.

Requirements:

• All candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology (or equivalent experience), plus two years professional IT experience.
  
• All candidates must have two or more years installing, configuring or supporting Hyland’s OnBase product.
  
• All candidates should be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  
• All candidates should have knowledge of the ECM industry (AIIM ECM Practitioner is a plus).
  
• All candidates should have the ability/willingness to travel (up to 25% of the time).
  
  

Additional Requirements – Developer Candidates

• For Developer candidates, two or more years experience working with OnBase Workflow and eForms is required.
  
• For Developer candidates, two or more years experience in coding with Visual Basic.NET (VB.NET) or C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET is required.
  
• For Developer candidates, two or more years working with the OnBase API is required, (OnBase API Certification a plus).
  
• For Developer candidates, two or more years designing, architecting and testing Windows based software applications is required.
  
• For Developer candidates, two or more years writing, testing and executing MS SQL T-SQL queries/transactions is required.
  
  

Additional Requirements – Engineer Candidates

• For Engineer candidates, five or more years supporting, administering and troubleshooting Windows Server 2000 and/or 2003 is required (experience with Windows Server 2008 is a plus).

Other Considerations:

• For Developer candidates, two or more years experience in web design/development using JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, AJAX is strongly desired.
  
  
  
• For Engineer candidates, experience working or supporting OnBase Workflow and eForms is a plus.
  
• For Engineer candidates, experience in supporting basic web design/development using JavaScript, HTML, DHTML is a plus.
  
  
  
• For all candidates, experience working with Microsoft IIS and Active Directory is strongly desired.
  
• For all candidates, experience administering, supporting or developing with Microsoft SQL Server (2000, 2005 or 2008) is strongly desired.
  
• For all candidates, having OnBase certifications (OnBase Certified Installer, OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer, OnBase API Certification, etc.) is a plus.
  
• For all candidates, having Kofax certifications (Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules, Kofax Certified Capture Consultant, etc.) is a plus.
  
• For all candidates, having Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) and/or AIIM ECM Practitioner certifications is a plus.
  
• For all candidates, experience working with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
