CSA International has an immediate need for an OnSpeX Account Manager to work in our Sales Department.
Primary Objectives:
· Ensure continued growth of CSA International & OnSpeX services - develop CSA International & OnSpeX accounts and create opportunities within those established accounts and a strong focus on retail accounts
· Provide outline for strategic planning around customer needs and service enhancements
· Develop account strategies and forecast sales opportunities
· Implement and execute strategic plans to attain corporate objectives
· Communicate activities, strategies and progress with management and key CSA International & OnSpeX personnel
· Plan, prioritize and organize all sales related activities to ensure timely and effective execution
· Provide structure, leadership and training of sales representatives
· Assist in the recruitment and selection of sales personnel; training; budgeting; annual goal setting; and monitoring of set predetermined measurements towards pre-established goals on regular basis.
· Ensure that sales activities for designated sales representatives are accomplished promptly and efficiently within the time and cost constraints consistent with the department's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or a minimum of 10 years related experience
· 3-5 years experience in supervising and developing a group of sales professionals of five or more
· 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail or compliance industry
· Strong working relationship with retail accounts a plus
· Demonstrated organizational and supervisory ability
· Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
· Demonstrated ability to work with others or perform as a "team-player"
· Sound management and problem-solving skills
· Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database applications. Prior experiences with sales tracking software a plus.
· Must be willing to travel regularly (up to 50% of time) and on weekends as required.
· Able to maintain positive personnel and customer relationships and to attend meetings, activities and events related to sales activities.
· Proven ability to motivate others and to facilitate positive group morale
· Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Create clear, effective and professional written communication & presentations
