1. CPR/BLS certification required. 

2. An active, unrestricted RN license (any state license)

3. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification is preffered for most contracts

4. Experience in Oncology, Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant

5. A minimum of 12 months experience, 24 months preferred
