As a consulting firm focused on Cloud Computing and as an Aprimo Marketing Studio consulting partner, CoreMatrix Systems is expanding our consulting practice and we need your expertise!  We have several openings for Senior Business Analysts.

The following skills/experience are required:

·         Knowledge of Marketing Automation systems

·         5-10 years of experience in top-tier consulting organizations managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems integration

·         Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems, especially within Marketing departments

·         Strong negotiation, influencing and client-facing consultative skills

·         Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies

·         Ability to organize, facilitate and lead client sessions that involve technical resources, creating requirements and functional design

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

·         Solid understanding of Internet technologies and an understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS)

·         B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience

Desired Skills/Experience:

·         Knowledge and experience in the Interactive Online Marketing Space and/or experience delivering competitive solutions for Marketo, Silverpop, Eloqua, Unica, etc.

·         Completion of several projects in leading business analysis

·         Project Management experience

·         Experience with XML, Java and SQL

·         MBA is a plus

Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst (SBA) your primary focus will be enabling customers to adopt, use and successfully deploy the Aprimo Marketing Studio application.  You will bring a strong blend of skills and experience in both business analysis and project leadership.  You will function as a trusted advisor to the customer steering board, project management and project delivery teams. You will be engaged at senior/ executive levels in providing recommendations and proactive best practice advice through all phases of the implementation life cycle. You will provide leadership in the Interactive Marketing space, including online marketing and marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage deployments of Aprimo Marketing Studio to high visibility and strategic accounts, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and success with CoreMatrix

·         Develop a complete understanding of the Aprimo Marketing Studio application and B2B / B2C marketing industry best practices

·         Lead a business analysis and requirements track / team, providing direction and mentoring other business analysis resources

·         Lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops for Aprimo Marketing Studio customizations

·         Lead the creation, review and approval of requirements and design documents, as well as custom training curriculum

·         Provide prompt and complete resolution to issues, aligning both business and technical considerations

·         Provide proactive best practice guidance to the customer's steering board, project and management teams

·         Provide timely status for the business analysis track, reporting to CoreMatrix Project Manager.

·         Proactively identify and implement application solutions and enhancements

·         Lead and deliver end-user training sessions

·         Establish strong relationships with clients, partners and internal resources (e.g. sales, co-workers, management)

·         Engage with customer business owners to drive customer success and optimization of the application

·         Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Interactive Online Marketing 

You must be able to travel regionally, nationally and/or abroad (approximately 50%).
