Embark on a new adventure with Stauer Watches and jewelry!  We have a job opportunity for you in our Richmond, VA office! Stauer is a division of Asset Marketing Services Inc, and is a fast growing national direct response and catalog retailer that is seeking a candidate to manage and execute online media buying schedule with P&L responsibility. This includes search engine marketing (SEM), banner ads and email promotions.  Budget overall spending and response rates, click through rates, conversions, and email captures. Negotiate rates for websites and measure response rates with the assistance of the marketing analysis team. Create and manage circulation-planning report that identifies trends in response rates and ad costs, and tracks new product test ads. Determine which ad version to run and analyze the sales results. Plan and track circulation by product category.  Manage ad trafficking and offer input on the buys  – including amount of circ and which products to place.  Generate, proof and distribute all insertion orders. Build and maintain all media records including media plan of all ads placed.  Check websites for competitive ads.

The ideal candidate will be able to negotiate with online publishers and have a keen sense of marketing and promotional planning.
