We have over 1,000 consultants with experience working with hospitals, physicians, health plans, employers, government agencies and pharmaceutical companies.   The OpenAir team is looking for a resource that can help with long-term implementation assistance and support.  Responsibilities would include project management, operational and financial reporting, implementation analysis, testing and training, and technical support for application and integration issues.  BA degree in technology or engineering or related field strongly preferred. 5+ years Project Management and Change Management experience Understand all phases of the application life-cycle 1+ years experience with Open Air, Quick Arrow, or similar Professional Services Automation (PSA) system highly preferred. 3+ years experience implementing Business Intelligence reporting technologies.  Crystal and/or Cognos required. 5+ years experience facilitating business requirement and analysis sessions with internal customers, including Finance Basic knowledge of relational data structures, queries, views, etc. Experience with training design/development a plus Strong Excel skills, particularly in data manipulation and translation (ability to create pivot tables, vlookup, linked spreadsheets, advanced spreadsheet modeling, etc.) Past experience with Consulting operations and business models required Be able to solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses Have strong written and verbal communication skills Be able to work with internal customers in a consultative manner Handling multiple demands and short timelines     Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V UnitedHealth Group is a drug-free workplace.  Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
