Seeking a mechanic/maintenance engineer for a power plant in a downtown office building.  Must be able to, or have the aptitude and desire to learn to operate, repair and maintain all equipment associated with an engine driven power plant.  Equipment includes engine driven generators, boilers, chillers, controls, piping, plumbing and associated equipment.

Must have or be able to get a first class Stationary Engineer's License from the City of St. Louis.  Successful candidate will be required to join the Local 148 Stationary Engineers Union.  Tuition assistance is available if candidate does not currently have a Stationary Engineer's License.

Successful candidate will be joining a small, highly skilled, motivated and cohesive team.
