Operating Room Endoscopic / Medical Specialist

Responsibilities of the Endoscopic / Medical Specialist in the O.R. department have to do with the management of laparoscopic surgeries and other endoscopic specialties. We are there before, during and after the surgeries to set up, trouble shoot, offer technical support and provide assistance during surgery. SSI offers operating room aide and assistance during surgical procedures in the operating room. We then clean, maintain and inspect all of our surgical equipment, instruments and supplies. Our main goal is surgeon, staff and client satisfaction through the customer service we provide.


REQUIREMENTS:
-Customer service skills preferred
-College education or medical certification
-Medical experience or 2 years of customer service
-Must live within 45 minutes of our contracted hospital/s

-Must be able to participate in a call rotation
