QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology or related field to the industry
• 8 + years in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment maintaining all FDA and cGMP compliance
• 5 + years in a Management level role leading Operational Excellence Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB) initiatives for an Aseptic Sterile fill pharmaceutical facility.
• Can provide examples of leading increased productivity, efficiencies, and quality through continuous improvement programs
• Experienced with training employees on LSS tools and new processes and enhancements including adjusted equipment use to maximize continuous improvement initiatives
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing
• Received at least one promotion from your current employer 
• Excellent verbal written and presentation skills to all levels within the facility
