Operations Account Coordinator
Job Summary
The Operational Account Coordinator (OAC) serves as the interface between Production and the Publishers Services Contact (customer). The OAC is responsible for initiating and reporting on the production process for all content for their assigned publishers. The OAC is also responsible for monitoring content production and reporting any concerns or delays. The OAC responds to queries and content status requests to internal departments and directly to publisher-clients.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages all content provided by publisher-client and ensures that it matches our processing specifications
- Initiates and facilitates production and conversion of content
- Tracks, reports, and communicates to internal and external clients when production issues arise
- Provides analysis of issues and production trends, and documents new processes
- Becomes a resource for information concerning content production and internal processes
- Assists with establishing new accounts, assists with diagnosing and communicating atypical production requests
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in publishing and/or production environment preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office to include Work, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively assess, prioritize and ensure the delivery of content in a fast moving and fluid environment
