Operations Center Manager

Bay State Gas has an opening for a Manager in our Operations Center located in Springfield, MA, to lead field operations in executing the delivery of safe, reliable, efficient natural gas distribution service and assume overall responsibility for compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as best industry practices.

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience and 5 years of leadership experience, extensive knowledge of LDC operations, policies and practices, along with an understanding of budgeting processes. Hands on field experience, budgeting and labor experience within a union environment preferred.
