Niagara Conservation Corporation is a global manufacturing and distribution company based in Fort Worth, TX, with business interests in the USA, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. The ideal candidate for the Operations Associate position will have at least three years’ experience supporting an Operations department and performing planning, organizing, sourcing, procuring, expediting, and follow-up functions. Reporting to the Operations Director, this position will be involved in many facets of the department. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume company with rapidly changing priorities is essential. The position will have heavy interpersonal contact with internal and external customers and vendors and will need to exercise both diplomacy and forthrightness in achieving desired results. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is also required.    

A High School Diploma and some college or vocational training or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. This person should be hands-on and have experience in a fast-paced, high volume, small to medium-sized company. Bi-lingual and bi-literate in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.

This position will be based in Fort Worth, TX (near the DFW airport). The position requires excellent organization and follow-up skills, high levels of initiative, strong computer skills, good analytical skills, and the ability to adapt as needed to changing business needs and opportunities. This position also requires excellent written/verbal communication skills, high levels of confidentiality, and the ability to interact positively in a diverse, cross-functional organization.
