Purpose of the position: To design content for statistical reports and provide technical support. To oversee data integrity for use by enrollment and advising staff. To assist with the interpretation of data. To act as a liaison to the Information Technology department. To provide support in financial processes for GPP.
Essential responsibilities: 1. Advise staff on projects involving technology 2. Manage data integrity and statistical reporting which support enrollment and advising communications 3. Work with the Registrar and Associate Dean on deployment of course evaluations and the quality of reporting. 4. Course evaluation process analysis: meet with the Dean, Associate Dean, and Director of Advising and Special Projects and to summarize the content of faculty evaluations. 5. Assist GPP staff in the design of GPP Informer reports and processes using basic programming skills. 6. Document systems and processes in a data manual 7. Train staff on report modules as needed 8. Work with the Operations Manager to interpret data for the enrollment team. 9. Assist GPP staff with equipment and technological issues. 10. Serve as the departmental liaison to IT on technology issues and projects; Manage system conversions as related to GPP. 11. Train faculty on using technology in the classrooms/attend all sessions related to teaching and technology. Create faculty friendly instructions and documentation about technology. 12. Printing and mailing semester honors certificates each semester
Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred; Experience in higher education desirable.
