Sr. Operations Engineer – Powder River Basin Coal Bed Methane Operations

Location – Sheridan, Wyoming

Provide an intermediate level of operations engineering expertise with emphasis on improving production and field operations.

Qualifications:

• Analyze producing well performance for stimulation, recompletion, or remedial operations to improve profit and recovery.  This includes the evaluation of options, review of the costs versus benefits, and preparation of AFE recommendations for management approval.

• Assist in making production and operating cost forecasts.

• Oversee Capital programs including construction, drilling, and completions.

• Oversee the field production operations and reporting responsibilities.

• Manage the operational permitting and project schedules.

• Manage Production Access (PA) to ensure database integrity.

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering and a minimum of 5 years overall experience with 3 years of field experience.

• Coal Bed methane experience a plus.
