Our client is currently looking for an Operations & Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for providing supervision, direction and leadership to the operations and maintenance staff. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operating and maintenance activities and environmental compliance.

Location: North of Las Vegas, NV

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
  
• 8 years of relevant experience (Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or management position)
  
• GE-7FA experience is required
  
• Knowledge of all aspects of power plant operations

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create a training program for staff
  
• Supervise all environmental compliance activities
  
• Monitor and maximize plant performance
  
• Direct staff to ensure efficient operations
  
• Demonstrate effective management skills to help meet the facility goals and objectives

Compensation:

• Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience
