Operations Management, Marketing & Hourly Staff


We seek Property Managers with prior retail, food service or apartment management experience. Critical skills include employee selection and training, cost control, local store marketing, and a commitment to quality. Property Managers recruit, select, orient, train, and manage a total staff of 8 coworkers. They handle all of the P&L decisions for a multi-million dollar operation.


We seek Regional Marketing Managers with a proven record of success in outside cold calling sales. This job requires: 1) superior verbal and written communication skills, 2) proficient organizational and time management skills, 3) experience in developing leads and compiling strategic market assessments. We need seasoned professionals who have achieved high volume results in the past. This job requires regional travel, (expenses paid.)


We seek hourly paid full and part time guest service staff. These positions work at the property servicing the guests as Guest Attendants, Property Attendants, Safety Attendants, and Studio Attendants. These jobs offer a good wage, benefits and a paid apartment.
