Augment staff to handle increased workload during the remediation of application hosting infrastructure and assist in tools integration.
Job Description:
Manage an operational team of technical managers that provide Web Hosting support services to external clients in a 24x7x365 environment. This is an operational reliability role requiring day-to-day operations (ticket, queue, call and incident management; operational metric reporting; etc.) with a focus on operational excellence.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in a technical field or strong technical background
Incident Mgmt Experience Expert Required
Change Mgmt Experience Intermediate Desired
Problem Mgmt Experience Intermediate Required
Windows Server Intermediate Experience Required
Unix Server Experience Entry Level Desired
Networking Experience Intermediate Required
