Operations Manager
Bluefield Transport is currently seeking an Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years operations experience in the transportation industry. Must have excellent communications skills with a strong emphasis in customer service, dispatch and ability to locate freight and build a customer base. Must posses leadership skills with ability to achieve productivity out of personnel working below them. Applicant should have a strong freight following, computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Excel and Word. A complete understanding of DOT compliance and driver qualifications. The ability to resolve problems and develop rate quotes for customers. Job located in Atlanta, GA area.
