Job Purpose:
General Management of metal process and NDT plant, responsible for profit & loss at this division of a large company. Responsible for managing all staff, maintaining operations and maintaining Customer service.

* Supervise production, quality and accounting managers

Duties:
* Quoting current and future work.

* Supervise production, quality and accounting managers
* Control costs, Lean experience a plus
* Through Production manager maintain work flow through plant to provide short turn times for customer parts
* Grow the business through service to present customers and sales to new customers.
* Keeps corporate management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.
* Maintains equipment by coordinating requirements maintenance staff, recommending upgrades, controlling installations.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
