In this Operations Manager position, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Supervise warehouse supervisors for seven locations


• Develop processes to ensure efficient operations


• Visit remote warehouse locations, training employees or fill in for absent employees


• Responsible for overall operations budgets, fleet management, to include tracking maintenance, develop department goals and provide leadership

• Experience in a warehouse environment


• Minimum of an Associates degree in operation management


• Supervisory experience, forklift operator certification is required


• Ability to travel up to 50%
