About the Job

Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park has created and built the world’s first all-trampoline, walled playing courts. Sky Zone offers fun physical activities, games and entertainment for people of all ages, size and abilities. We host birthday parties for kids, corporate team building events for adults, SkyRobics fitness classes, high performance cross training, dodgeball tournaments and leagues, summer camp programs and more.

The Operations Manager assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of this fast paced, energetic facility. The Operations Manager will hire, train, schedule, evaluate and supervise staff members.

Job Requirements:

Minimum education-Bachelor’s Degree

  •  Previous management experience with young, part time staff is required
  •  Previous customer service experience
  •  Strong organizational skills
  •  Outgoing, friendly personality with attention to detail
  •  Excellent problem solving skills
  •  Ability to work a variety of shifts, including late nights/weekends


      Job Qualifications: 
      • Ability to multi-task
    •  Ability to enforce rules and regulations
    •  Ability to handle money
    •  Experience with employee scheduling preferred


        •  Manager on Duty shifts, open/close the facility
        •  Hire, train, evaluate and supervise staff
        •  HR recordkeeping-tracking of tardies, write-ups, evaluations, forms, etc
      •  Maintain high level of customer service in the facility
      •  Staff scheduling for about 50-75 employees
      •  Be able to perform all employee functions
      •  Make sure all the housekeeping tasks are done as required
      •  Assist with general facility/court maintenance
      •  Enforce all safety rules and waiver policy
      •  Assist in implementing emergency procedures
      •  Attend/facilitate all regularly scheduled staff meetings, manager meetings, in-service meetings and training sessions
      •  Provide excellent customer service
      •  Other management duties as assigned
