A Pittsburgh based surveillance and investigative Company is looking for an Operations Manager with a PA Detective License.  This individual will be part of an exciting growing firm specializing in all aspects of surveillance and investigative work and workers’ compensation case management.  The preferred candidate must have management experience including supervising field investigators and managing day-to-day activities associated with a growing customer base.  This individual will be responsible for maintaining various state licenses and moving the company forward in other states as appropriate. 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

PA Detective License Required

Excellent Communication Skills both Oral and Written

Excellent Organizational Skills

Customer Service Experience

Five years or more of management/supervisory experience

The selected individual should be able to travel to client sites and make client presentations.
