Job Description:
Operations Manager for a leading European manufacturer and distributor. Will be reporting at main board level and working closely with company officer with responsibility for North American market, the position will suit a capable organized person who can demonstrate experience successfully managing an SME, department or profit center.
Qualifications/Experience:
This position is looking for someone with previous Operations/Office manager experience in a Manufacturing/Distributing company. Technical, Engineering or similar background in industrial products distribution may be an advantage as would additional language skills. The ability to lead and motivate a small dedicated team is an essential element of the position.

* Experience working with financial- i.e Invoicing, credit control, monthly P & L statements, and payroll.

Responsibilities:
* Administration i.e; Insurances, leases, asset management
* Purchasing i.e; Inventory management, purchasing inventory (NG ltd and US vendors)
* HR i.e; Day to day HR
* Contracts; Managing Grounding Audit Service Program with subcontractors
* Customer Service i.e; Handling and referring incoming customer inquiries-tech support, pricing general product information. Hands-on support to the sales team
